Mixed Berry Jam and Almond Butter Oats

Drive into a dreamy bowl of oatmeal! This recipe revamps the traditional oatmeal toppings. This breakfast is balanced and so delicious. This bowl is high in fiber, healthy fats, and protein to keep you full and satisfied for hours The mixed berries sweeten and give the oats flavor. The almond butter makes this dish so creamy!

Serves: 1

Total Time: 10 minutes 


  • 1/2 cup instant oats  

  • 1 cup milk (Milk of choice) 

  • 1/3 cup with mixed berries (choose your favorite!) 

  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/4  teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter 


  • Heat a saucepan with mixed berries and bring to a boil.  

  • Stir frequently crushing up berries for 5 minutes.  

  • Turn off heat and add chia seeds and vanilla to the mixed berries. Set aside. ​ 

  • Add milk and oats to another saucepan and bring to a boil.

  •  Once boiling turn down heat to medium. 

  • Stir frequently for 2-3 minutes.

  • Top with mixed berries jam and almond butter. Enjoy!
